Is there a Rapido captain customer care number?
No, Rapido doesn’t publish one. None of Rapido’s own pages that we checked on 4 November 2026 printed a phone number for captain support.
Captain support runs within Rapido’s own system instead. Rapido’s app listing, updated in October 2026, promises “24 x 7 Captain Support” to its captains, and its captain terms name a Grievance Officer who handles complaints.
This fits the central government’s Motor Vehicle Aggregator Guidelines 2025. They ask ride apps to run a call centre that works 24×7, in English and the state’s own language, which drivers as well as passengers can contact. They also ask every ride app to appoint a Grievance Officer to resolve drivers’ and passengers’ complaints. States apply these guidelines through their own rules.
What can Rapido captain support help with?
Captain support handles questions about your account, payouts, documents and rides. Most of them sort out quickly once you know what Rapido looks for:

How do Rapido captain payouts work?
Rapido adds your ride earnings to your Captain wallet, and you move the money to your bank account. Rapido’s app listing sums it up: complete the ride, see the distance and your earnings, then move the amount to your bank.
How the fare reaches you depends on how the customer pays and where you ride. Rapido’s bike captain terms say:
- Online payments: outside Karnataka, Rapido collects the fare from the customer on your behalf and settles it with you.
- Cash rides: you collect the fare yourself, and any fee you owe Rapido is adjusted against the amount Rapido settles with you.
- Karnataka: captains collect the fare directly from customers.
Rapido’s terms don’t set a fixed payout day. The Motor Vehicle Aggregator Guidelines 2025 say a driver’s payment may be settled daily, weekly or fortnightly, as agreed between the driver and the app, and not later than that.

What should I keep ready for Rapido captain support?
Keep your registered mobile number and the ride ID ready. With these, support can find your account and the exact ride quickly.
- Registered mobile number: the number you log in with.
- Ride ID: shown in the ride’s details.
- Date, time and amount for a payout question.
- Screenshots of the ride, the wallet entry or the error.
- A clear photo of the new document if you’re updating one.
Share these only with Rapido’s own captain support, never with someone who calls you first.
How do I spot a fake Rapido customer care number?
A number that comes from a random website, a social media post or a message isn’t one Rapido lists for captains. Fake “customer care” numbers for popular apps get posted online, so it helps to know the signs. Hang up if the person:
- asks for your OTP, UPI PIN, card or bank details
- asks you to install a screen-sharing or “support” app
- asks for a fee to activate or unblock your ID, or to release a payout
- moves the chat to a WhatsApp call from a personal number
There’s nothing to pay a caller. Rapido’s captain terms ask you to keep your login details private and to tell Rapido at once if you think someone else knows them.

Where is the Rapido captain office?
Rapido lists three offices: its registered office in Madhapur, Hyderabad, and a city office and a corporate office in Bengaluru. It doesn’t publish captain offices or city-wise captain numbers for Delhi, Kolkata, Chennai or other cities, because captain support runs within its own system.
Directory sites list many “Rapido office” addresses in other cities. Rapido doesn’t list them, so if anyone at such a place asks for money to make or unblock your ID, keep your money with you.
Good to know before you start

- Use one name everywhere. Your licence, Aadhaar or PAN and bank account should show the same name.
- Keep your account to yourself. Your login and OTP are only for you.

- Keep your phone charged and your data on. Ride requests and navigation need your live location.
- Joining fees depend on the brand and the city. In many cities joining is free, and in some a one-time joining or kit fee applies. Never pay any person, caller or outside link for an ID.
