Key Responsibilities
- Pick up grocery orders from Zepto’s dark store in Noida and deliver to customers across ECO City within promised timeframes.
- Ensure all deliveries are handled with care, maintaining product quality during transit.
- Use the Zepto partner app to navigate optimal routes, track orders, and update delivery statuses.
- Provide exceptional customer service during drop-offs, addressing queries with professionalism.
- Adhere to safety guidelines while riding, including traffic rules and Zepto’s vehicle maintenance standards.
- Verify customer details (OTP/Aadhaar) upon delivery to prevent errors.
- Report operational issues (e.g., delays, damaged items) to the ECO City operations team promptly.
