Key Responsibilities
- Pick up and deliver Zepto orders efficiently across Chandni Chowk and nearby areas
- Ensure timely deliveries while maintaining excellent customer service standards
- Handle packages with care and verify order accuracy before delivery
- Use the Zepto delivery app for navigation and order management
- Collect payments for cash-on-delivery orders when required
- Maintain proper documentation and follow all safety protocols
- Report any delivery issues or customer feedback to the operations team
- Keep the delivery vehicle clean and in good working condition
Requirements
- Own vehicle (Bike or scooty) required for local delivery work in Chandni Chowk
- Valid Driving License, Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, and RC documents
- Smartphone with internet connection and GPS functionality
- Basic knowledge of Chandni Chowk and surrounding areas
- Good communication skills in Hindi (English is a plus)
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
