What You Will Be Doing
From collecting the order at dark stores to the handover at the door, the Zepto app guides each step of a grocery delivery. Cold and frozen items need to reach the customer quickly, which is why short routes from dark stores matter in this role. For this position, monthly earnings are in the range of ₹32,000–₹40,000, depending on shifts worked in Sattava East.
The full-time nature of this role means more hours online and, in turn, a larger weekly settlement from Zepto.
Responsibilities
- Follow the customer's delivery notes for door or gate handovers
- Go online in the app only when you are ready to accept orders
- Stay close to dark stores between orders to keep waiting time short
- Check the order against the app before leaving dark stores
- Ride at a safe speed, especially in residential lanes
- Follow the app's route unless a road is closed or unsafe
- Carry orders from dark stores without unnecessary stops along the way
- Follow safety guidelines shared during onboarding on every shift
Eligibility Criteria
- Android smartphone with an active internet connection
- Working mobile number for OTP verification
- Aadhaar or Voter ID card
- Own two-wheeler (bike or scooter)
- Valid driving licence
- PAN card
