You'll spend most of your shift moving through Neo Town and surrounding parts of Bengaluru, handling one order at a time and keeping the Zomato app updated as you go. Responsibilities
- Report issues (wrong address, order damage, delays) promptly through the app
- Confirm order details before leaving the pickup point
- Use GPS navigation to plan efficient routes
- Follow traffic and safety regulations at all times
- Maintain professional, courteous communication with customers
Eligibility Criteria
- Two-wheeler with valid RC and insurance
- Age 18+
- Willingness to work flexible shifts
- Aadhar card
- Basic knowledge of local routes
- Good communication
- Own bike/scooter or scooty
