Neo Town Job Opening: Become a Zomato Delivery Boy
Zomato is adding delivery boys to its Neo Town team in Bengaluru, with openings for new joiners.
This role asks delivery boys to stay responsive to the Zomato app throughout their shift, accepting nearby orders in Neo Town and completing deliveries within the suggested time window. Customers are generally easy to deal with, most interactions are a quick handover at the door. Support is available through the app if anything goes wrong mid delivery. Zomato pairs new delivery boys in Neo Town with a short app based orientation before their first live order, covering navigation, order handling, and basic safety practices. After that, riders are free to build their own schedule around restaurants availability and personal preference. Most people are comfortable with the routine within a few shifts. Pay runs ₹22,000–₹28,000 per month.
Responsibilities
- Move quickly during lunch and dinner rush
- Confirm the payment method before delivery
- Ride safely even when it's busy
- Handle fragile food items gently
- Pick up the order on time
- Follow any special instructions from the customer

Eligibility Criteria
- Two-wheeler with valid RC and insurance
- Valid driving licence
- Two-wheeler driving licence issued by the RTO
- Age 18+
- Working mobile number for OTP verification
- Own bike/scooter or scooty
- Smartphone with internet access
