Who is Flipkart’s delivery partner?
Ekart is Flipkart’s delivery partner. Flipkart describes Ekart as the Flipkart Group’s supply chain arm, so a “Flipkart delivery partner” and an “Ekart delivery partner” do the same job: delivering Flipkart orders.
Flipkart calls these riders Wishmasters. Ekart’s sign-up page says it has more than 1 lakh of them, including 5,000+ women, serving 15,000+ pincodes and making 2 crore+ deliveries a week.
Most of the work is parcel delivery. Job listings for Flipkart hubs describe sorting parcels at the hub, delivering them door to door, picking up returns and confirming each delivery with an OTP or signature. That is different from 10-minute grocery delivery from a dark store (a small local warehouse): see our guide to quick commerce vs traditional delivery. How can I become a Flipkart delivery partner?
You can sign up in the Flipkart Delivery Partner app, register on Ekart’s sign-up page, or apply through a staffing agency that hires for Flipkart hubs. The app is Flipkart’s own route.
| Way to join | How it works |
|---|---|
| Flipkart Delivery Partner app | Download it from Google Play and sign up with your Aadhaar and PAN |
| Ekart’s sign-up page | On deliverypartner.flipkart.net, choose “Individual”, enter your phone number and state |
| Staffing agencies | Agencies such as Awign and Vahan list Ekart and Flipkart delivery jobs |
In the app, joining takes five steps:
- Download the app: Flipkart Delivery Partner, published by Ekart, free on Google Play.
- Sign up with your Aadhaar and PAN details.
- Choose your work: the delivery role you want and your work area.
- Finish the training in the app and get verified.
- Start delivering. Pay comes weekly or fortnightly.

Which Flipkart delivery partner app should I download?
Download the Flipkart Delivery Partner App, published by Ekart on Google Play. It was earlier called Flipkart Xtra. It is free, with 10 lakh+ downloads and a 4.2-star rating from 7,700+ reviews. Install it only from Google Play, not as an APK file from another website.
Inside the app you choose the kind of work you want:
| Role in the app | What you do |
|---|---|
| First mile or last mile delivery partner | Pick up shipments and make final deliveries |
| Minutes delivery partner | Hyperlocal delivery in 10 minutes |
| Grocery delivery partner | Deliver daily essentials and fresh groceries |
| Volumetric delivery partner | Handle large, bulky shipments |
| Kirana partner | Use your shop to fulfil Flipkart orders |
The app covers delivery work for Flipkart, Myntra, Ekart and Flipkart Minutes. Flipkart Minutes is Flipkart’s quick-commerce service, so that role is closer to Blinkit or Zepto work than to parcel delivery.
What documents do I need for a Flipkart delivery job?
You need an Aadhaar card and a PAN card to sign up. Agency listings for Flipkart parcel delivery also ask for:
- Driving licence, for delivering on a bike or scooter
- Bank account, for your pay
- Smartphone, an Android phone with good internet
- Your own bike or scooter (some roles take cycles)
You must be 18 or older. Some agencies add their own age and education rules (see the FAQ below).

How much does a Flipkart delivery partner earn?
Flipkart says delivery partners can earn up to ₹40,000 a month with incentives. Staffing agency listings for Flipkart and Ekart jobs show ₹20,000 to ₹30,000 a month.
| Source | Pay shown |
|---|---|
| The app’s Play Store listing | Up to ₹40,000 a month, with incentives |
| Awign’s Delivery Partner for Ekart listing (7–8 hours a day) | Up to ₹30,000 a month |
| Vahan’s Flipkart delivery listing in Kukatpally, Hyderabad | ₹20,000–₹28,000 a month |
Why the gap? ₹40,000 is the top end, with incentives, while a listing shows what one hub expects to pay. Your own pay depends on your city, your hours and how many parcels you deliver.
Flipkart pays weekly or fortnightly. Ekart also lists medical and accidental insurance, life insurance cover, doctor on call and training support as benefits.

Do I have to pay to become a Flipkart delivery partner?
No. Joining is free: Flipkart’s app says no investment is required, and Ekart’s sign-up page warns, “Please do not transfer money to any bank account.”
Ekart also warns about email scams. Be careful with any “Flipkart delivery job” offer that:
- asks for a registration fee, a deposit or money to “make your Flipkart ID”
- comes by email or message from someone you don’t know
- asks for your OTP or bank PIN
Never pay anyone for a Flipkart ID. Join through the app, Ekart’s sign-up page, or an agency that doesn’t charge riders (Vahan says it charges riders nothing for placement or onboarding).
How do I find Flipkart delivery jobs near me?
You choose your work area when you sign up in the app, and Flipkart says you can earn by working in your own area. On Ekart’s sign-up page, you pick your state. Agency listings, like Vahan’s, are posted by locality.

Things to know before you start
- Running costs are yours. Fuel, phone data and bike servicing come out of what you earn.
- Pay is not fixed. “Up to” figures are the top end. Quiet weeks mean less money.
- It is physical work. Listings describe sorting parcels at the hub, doorstep deliveries and return pickups.
- Terms differ. Pay and conditions can differ between the app, an agency and a hub. Ask who pays you, how much per parcel or per month, and how long the work lasts.
Flipkart delivery partner: frequently asked questions
Who owns Ekart Logistics?
Ekart is part of the Flipkart Group, which calls it the group’s supply chain arm. It delivers Flipkart orders, and in July 2026 it also opened its logistics network to small businesses and D2C brands. Riders join it through the Flipkart Delivery Partner app, Ekart’s sign-up page or staffing agencies.
How much does Flipkart pay for one delivery?
Flipkart doesn’t publish a fixed rate per delivery. Its app says partners can earn up to ₹40,000 a month with incentives, and agency listings show ₹20,000 to ₹30,000 a month. Before you start, ask your hub or agency what you will get per parcel and how incentives work.
Flipkart delivery boy kaise bane?
Google Play se “Flipkart Delivery Partner App” (Ekart ka app) download karein. Aadhaar aur PAN se sign up karein, apna kaam aur area chunein, training poori karein aur verify hone ke baad delivery shuru karein. Umar 18 saal ya usse zyada honi chahiye. Joining free hai, kisi ko paise na dein.
Is there an age limit for Flipkart delivery partners?
You must be at least 18, and Ekart’s sign-up form asks you to confirm it. Flipkart’s app lists no upper age limit or education rule, but some agencies set them: Awign’s listing for Ekart asks for riders aged 18 to 35 who have passed class 10 or 12.
Can I deliver for Flipkart without a bike?
Sometimes. Flipkart’s app says bike or cycle owners can apply, but the agency listings we checked for Flipkart parcel delivery all ask for your own bike or scooter and a driving licence. Ask the hub or agency whether cycle riders can join in your area.
Is an Ekart franchise the same as a delivery partner job?
No. A franchise is a business you run: Ekart’s franchise outlets let small businesses send shipments through its network, and Flipkart says 300+ outlets opened in Surat, Mumbai, Delhi and Bengaluru. A delivery partner job means delivering parcels, and Flipkart says it needs no investment.
