Which is the official Zepto delivery partner app?
Download Zepto Delivery Partner App from Google Play. Before you tap Install, check the name under the app: it should say Zepto Marketplace Private Limited.
Zepto has more than one app, and they are easy to mix up:

Skip the APK download sites that show up in Google results. Zepto doesn’t run them, some still offer old versions, and you can’t tell whether a file has been changed to steal your OTP or bank details.
Is the Zepto delivery partner app available on iPhone?
No. The Zepto Delivery Partner App is only on Google Play, so you need an Android phone to deliver for Zepto. Zepto’s page on Apple’s App Store lists the shopping app, Packman and Brand Hub, and none of them is for delivery riders.
Even the Get the App button on Zepto’s rider site sends iPhone users to the Google Play page. If you only have an iPhone, you’ll need an Android phone for this work.
How do I join Zepto through the delivery partner app?
Zepto lists four steps on its Google Play page: download the app, update your details, complete the online training, and start delivering. Here’s what each one involves:
- Download the app: Zepto Delivery Partner App, from Google Play.
- Add your details: sign up with your mobile number, then add your name and city.
- Upload documents: Aadhaar, PAN, your licence (for a bike) and a bank account for your payouts.
- Finish the training: complete it in the app, then start delivering.

What do I need to join Zepto as a delivery partner?
Zepto’s rider site keeps the list short: you must be at least 18 years old, with an Aadhaar card, a PAN card and a smartphone to run the app.
- Aadhaar card and PAN card, for your ID check
- An Android phone with mobile data
- A driving licence, only if you’ll ride a bike or scooter. Zepto says a low-speed electric bike or an electric cycle doesn’t need one
- A bank account in your own name, for your weekly payouts
You don’t have to own a vehicle. Zepto says you can use a bike, a scooter or an electric vehicle, and it may help you get one through its partner vendors if one is available.
What does the Zepto delivery partner app do once you’ve joined?
Once your account is active, you run your whole working day from the app. Zepto lists these features on its Google Play page and rider site:

How much do Zepto delivery partners earn per order?
Zepto’s rider website says riders typically earn ₹15–₹45 per order. What you make depends on how many orders you deliver, how far you travel and how many hours you work. Incentives, peak-hour surge bonuses and referral bonuses come on top.
Zepto’s rider site also advertises “up to ₹45,000 a month” (one banner on the same site says ₹60,000). These are top-end figures, not a fixed salary, and your fuel and phone costs come out of what you earn.

Zepto delivery partner app login not working: what should I do?
Start with three checks: log in with the same mobile number you signed up with, make sure your mobile network is working, and update the app from Google Play. Zepto says its rider support team is available 24/7.
If you still can’t get in, Zepto’s rider site has a Help button: leave your phone number and city, and Zepto’s team will call you back.

What to know before you start delivering for Zepto
- Android only. There’s no iPhone version of the app.
- Pay isn’t fixed. You’re paid per order, plus incentives. Zepto mentions a minimum business guarantee but doesn’t publish its terms on its Play Store page or rider site, so slow days can mean less money.
- Your costs are yours. Fuel, phone data, vehicle repairs and the bag and T-shirt kit (if your city charges for it) come out of your earnings.
- “Up to” numbers aren’t promises. ₹45,000 a month is the most Zepto advertises, not a figure you’re guaranteed.
