Responsibilities
- Start the trip in the app only once the passenger is on board
- Drop the passenger at the confirmed destination and end the trip in the app
- Keep your two-wheeler clean, serviced, and in roadworthy condition
- Report fare or route issues to support through the app
- Provide the passenger with a helmet and ensure it is worn
- Accept ride requests through the Uber Driver App promptly
- Confirm the drop location with the passenger if the app shows an unclear address
- Keep the app updated at pickup and at the end of each trip
