Each order passes three checkpoints in the app: accepted, collected from restaurants, and handed to the customer at their door, with the status updated at every stage. Responsibilities
- Take cash payments where the order requires it and log them in the app
- Wait at restaurants no longer than needed, and tell support if a delay runs long
- Respond quickly when a new order pops up in the app
- Close out each order in the app once handed over
- Update your status in the app at collection and drop off
