Zepto is scaling up its KK-Nagar operations and needs dependable delivery boys who can work independently, manage their own route, and deliver a good customer experience on every order. New hires typically start taking orders within a few days of completing onboarding. Pay runs ₹25,000–₹35,000 per month.
Responsibilities
- Maintain professional, courteous communication with customers
- Confirm order details before leaving the pickup point
- Handle order handovers and basic payment collection where applicable
- Deliver orders safely within committed timelines
- Follow traffic and safety regulations at all times
- Report issues (wrong address, order damage, delays) promptly through the app
- Keep delivery gear and vehicle in good working condition
Eligibility Criteria
- Valid driving licence
- Age 18+
- Smartphone with internet access
- Aadhar card
- Basic knowledge of local routes
