This role covers Swiggy Instamart's Shahpore delivery zone in Surat. You'll be responsible for timely pickup and drop-off, maintaining good customer interactions, and following safe riding practices throughout your shift. Shifts are flexible, so you can log in and out through the app whenever it suits your schedule. Pay runs ₹25,000–₹32,000 per month.
Responsibilities
- Use GPS navigation to plan efficient routes
- Keep delivery gear and vehicle in good working condition
- Confirm order details before leaving the pickup point
- Report issues (wrong address, order damage, delays) promptly through the app
- Maintain professional, courteous communication with customers
- Follow traffic and safety regulations at all times

- Smartphone with internet access
- Willingness to work flexible shifts

- Basic knowledge of local routes
