Most trips begin and end within a few kilometres of dark stores, which is what lets delivery partners complete many orders in a shift. In-app support is available for issues like a delayed order at dark stores, a wrong address, or a customer who cannot be reached. This Zepto role pays ₹23,000–₹29,000 per month for delivery partners who work regular shifts in Kim.
This full-time position is for people who want regular, daily work in Kim rather than occasional shifts.
Responsibilities
- Maintain the delivery bag in clean, usable condition
- Do not open or tamper with sealed order bags
- Handle every order with care, whether it holds produce or household goods
- Check the order against the app before leaving dark stores
- Check the number of items against the order before leaving dark stores
- Pick up orders from dark stores promptly once assigned
- Accept orders promptly when they appear in the app

- Passport size photograph for profile verification
- Bank account details (account number and IFSC)
- Valid driving licence
- Valid two-wheeler insurance
- Address proof
