Zomato is Expanding Its Delivery Rider Team in Kapodra
Zomato needs more delivery riders in Kapodra to keep up with growing demand, and openings are available immediately.
This role covers Zomato's Kapodra delivery zone in Surat. You'll be responsible for timely pickup and drop-off, maintaining good customer interactions, and following safe riding practices throughout your shift. Shifts are flexible, so you can log in and out through the app whenever it suits your schedule. Pay runs ₹28,000–₹33,000 per month.
Responsibilities
- Use GPS navigation to plan efficient routes
- Follow traffic and safety regulations at all times
- Report issues (wrong address, order damage, delays) promptly through the app
- Keep the delivery app updated with real-time order status
- Pick up orders from designated restaurants promptly
- Confirm order details before leaving the pickup point
Eligibility Criteria
- Willingness to work flexible shifts
- Age 18+
- Good communication
- PAN card
- Own bike/scooter or scooty
- Aadhar card
