How the Delivery Partner Role Works
Each shift follows the same loop: reach the pickup point, collect the order, deliver it, and mark it complete in the app before the next one comes in. Following delivery notes, like leaving the order at the door or calling on arrival, keeps grocery handovers smooth. Zepto delivery partners in SAS Nagar typically earn ₹27,000–₹34,000 per month, depending on hours, incentives, and demand in Phase 8.
This full-time position is for people who want regular, daily work in Phase 8 rather than occasional shifts.
Responsibilities
- Stay close to dark stores between orders to keep waiting time short
- Handle every order with care, whether it holds produce or household goods
- Keep the app updated at store pickup and at customer drop off
- Collect cash on delivery where applicable and record it in the app
- Confirm order details in the app before leaving the pickup point
- Call the customer through the app if the address is hard to find
- Follow the customer's delivery instructions in the app
- Keep your two-wheeler fuelled or charged and in working condition
Eligibility Criteria
- Address proof
- Working mobile number for OTP verification
- PAN card
- Age 18 or above
- Two-wheeler with valid registration certificate (RC)
- Bank account details (account number and IFSC)
- Smartphone with GPS and a working data plan
