Zepto is on the lookout for reliable delivery riders to handle deliveries across Civil Lines and nearby areas. Applications are open now.
As a delivery rider for Zepto in Civil Lines, you'll pick up orders from nearby dark stores and deliver them to customers across Civil Lines and the surrounding Raipur area. Most delivery riders complete several deliveries per shift using the Zepto partner app for navigation and order tracking. The app assigns nearby orders automatically, so most of your day is spent on the road rather than waiting around. Pay runs ₹28,000–₹30,000 per month.
Responsibilities
- Handle order handovers and basic payment collection where applicable
- Report issues (wrong address, order damage, delays) promptly through the app
- Keep delivery gear and vehicle in good working condition
- Maintain professional, courteous communication with customers
- Keep the delivery app updated with real-time order status
- Deliver orders safely within committed timelines
Eligibility Criteria
- PAN card
- Age 18+
- Own bike/scooter or scooty
- Aadhar card
- Willingness to work flexible shifts
- Valid driving licence
