How the Delivery Rider Role Works
As a delivery rider for Zepto in Civil Lines, you pick up orders from nearby dark stores and deliver them to customers across Civil Lines and the surrounding Raipur area. In-app partner support is available to delivery riders for issues that come up during a shift, from address problems to payout questions. Income for delivery riders here is around ₹24,000–₹30,000 per month, and it scales with the number of hours you put in.

Responsibilities
- Return undeliverable orders as per the instructions in the app
- Wear a helmet and follow traffic rules on every delivery
- Keep the delivery app updated at pickup and drop off
- Be on time for every pickup assigned during your shift
- Deliver orders without opening or tampering with the packaging
- Keep the app open and location on throughout the shift
- Call the customer via the app if the address or flat number is unclear
- Deliver orders within the quick delivery window shown in the app
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum age 18 years
- Working mobile number for OTP verification
- Active bank account for weekly payouts
- PAN card
- Passport size photograph for profile verification
- Own two-wheeler (bike or scooter)
- Two-wheeler with valid registration certificate (RC)
