About the Job
Pickups take place at dark stores across NIBM, and the app confirms each collection before guiding you to the customer. Customers can see your progress in real time, which is why keeping the app updated at pickup and drop matters. Responsibilities
- Log deliveries as complete only after the customer has received the order
- Ride safely and avoid shortcuts through no entry roads
- Deliver to the exact flat, floor, or house listed in the order
- Keep the delivery bag upright and closed while riding
- Follow the customer's delivery instructions in the app
- Be on time for every pickup assigned during your shift
Eligibility Criteria
- Passport size photograph for profile verification
- Vehicle documents (RC and insurance) in valid condition
- Age 18 or above
- Own bike or scooter for deliveries
- Any valid government photo ID
