About the Delivery Boy Role
You confirm each order in the app, collect it from dark stores, and hand it over at the customer's address, keeping the status updated as you go. Every completed delivery adds to your weekly total, which the Swiggy Instamart app shows in a clear earnings breakdown. The position pays ₹25,000–₹31,000 a month, with earnings tracked in the app and transferred every week.

Responsibilities
- Confirm order details in the app before leaving the pickup point
- Log deliveries as complete only after the customer has received the order
- Confirm the customer's name or order number at handover
- Handle fragile or spill-prone orders with extra care
- Handle fragile items such as glass bottles and jars with care
- Update the app if a customer asks to reschedule or cancel at the door
- Return undeliverable orders as per the instructions in the app
- Ride safely and avoid shortcuts through no entry roads
Eligibility Criteria
- Vehicle documents (RC and insurance) in valid condition
- Working mobile number for OTP verification
- Address proof
- Passport size photograph for profile verification
- Minimum age 18 years
- PAN card
- Own bike or scooter for deliveries
