This role covers Swiggy's Chakan delivery zone in Pune. You'll be responsible for timely pickup and drop-off, maintaining good customer interactions, and following safe riding practices throughout your shift. Responsibilities
- Handle order handovers and basic payment collection where applicable
- Keep delivery gear and vehicle in good working condition
- Report issues (wrong address, order damage, delays) promptly through the app
- Confirm order details before leaving the pickup point
- Maintain professional, courteous communication with customers
Eligibility Criteria
- Aadhar card

- Basic knowledge of local routes
- Two-wheeler with valid RC and insurance
- Smartphone with internet access
