You'll be responsible for timely pickup and drop-off, maintaining good customer interactions, and following safe riding practices throughout your shift. Shifts are flexible, so you can log in and out through the app whenever it suits your schedule. Pay runs ₹31,000–₹41,000 per month.
Responsibilities
- Maintain professional, courteous communication with customers
- Handle order handovers and basic payment collection where applicable
- Report issues (wrong address, order damage, delays) promptly through the app
- Follow traffic and safety regulations at all times
- Keep the delivery app updated with real-time order status
- Use GPS navigation to plan efficient routes
- Pick up orders from designated dark stores promptly
Eligibility Criteria
- Smartphone with internet access
- Willingness to work flexible shifts
- Aadhar card
- Basic knowledge of local routes
- Own bike/scooter or scooty
- Age 18+
- PAN card
