Zepto expects delivery riders to ride carefully, follow traffic rules and keep grocery orders sealed and intact from the moment they are picked up. Grocery orders are packed at the dark store before you arrive, so pickups are usually quick. This is listed as a part time opening, so a few hours a day is enough to stay active. Pay for this position is estimated at ₹24,000–₹33,000 a month, depending on activity.
On a Typical Shift
- Protect orders from rain, heat and spills
- Update order status in the app at each step
- Maintain good ratings through timely, friendly service
- Keep fragile grocery items on top and away from heavy bags
- Be courteous with customers and store staff
- Confirm order details at pickup to avoid mix ups
You Should Have
- Own bike/scooter or scooty
- Comfortable using map and navigation apps
- Valid driving licence

- Age 18+
- PAN card
