As a delivery partner for Zepto in Srikrishnapuri, you'll pick up orders from nearby dark stores and deliver them to customers across Srikrishnapuri and the surrounding Patna area. Most delivery partners complete several deliveries per shift using the Zepto partner app for navigation and order tracking. The app assigns nearby orders automatically, so most of your day is spent on the road rather than waiting around. Pay runs ₹28,000–₹35,000 per month.
Responsibilities
- Maintain professional, courteous communication with customers
- Handle order handovers and basic payment collection where applicable
- Pick up orders from designated dark stores promptly
- Use GPS navigation to plan efficient routes
- Confirm order details before leaving the pickup point
- Keep the delivery app updated with real-time order status
- Keep delivery gear and vehicle in good working condition
Eligibility Criteria
- Own bike/scooter or scooty
- Age 18+
- Two-wheeler with valid RC and insurance
- Valid driving licence
- Smartphone with internet access
