Zepto needs more delivery riders in Sector-99 to keep up with growing demand, and openings are available immediately.
Zepto is scaling up its Sector-99 operations and needs dependable delivery riders who can work independently, manage their own route, and deliver a good customer experience on every order. New hires typically start taking orders within a few days of completing onboarding. Pay runs ₹27,000–₹32,000 per month.
Responsibilities
- Deliver orders safely within committed timelines
- Handle order handovers and basic payment collection where applicable
- Report issues (wrong address, order damage, delays) promptly through the app
- Keep delivery gear and vehicle in good working condition
- Maintain professional, courteous communication with customers
- Keep the delivery app updated with real-time order status
- Pick up orders from designated dark stores promptly
Eligibility Criteria
- PAN card
- Age 18+
- Two-wheeler with valid RC and insurance
- Smartphone with internet access
- Own bike/scooter or scooty
- Good communication
