Urgent Hiring in Sector 77: Fixed Salary Delivery Boy Job at CityMall
This is a full time salaried job, not gig work. CityMall pays a fixed ₹19,000–₹22,000 every month in Sector 77, whatever the day's order volume looks like.
As a Delivery Boy you'll report to the CityMall dark store at Sarfabad and deliver grocery orders across Sector 77 and the surrounding parts of Noida. Orders are checked before you leave the store, delivered within the assigned timeline, and confirmed with the customer on handover. The shift is a fixed 8 hours in the daytime.
Responsibilities
- Collect payment on cash on delivery (COD) orders
- Process payments when required and issue receipts to customers
- Check items against the order before leaving the dark store
- Report missing, damaged, or incorrect items to the store team before dispatch
- Follow traffic and transportation laws for safe operations
- Deliver goods to designated locations within the assigned timeline
Eligibility Criteria
- Familiarity with Sector 77 roads is a plus, not a requirement
- Valid driving licence
- 18 years or above
- Aadhar card
- Male candidates only
- Own petrol or electric two-wheeler with valid papers
- Comfortable handling cash for COD orders
The thing to be clear about is that this is a payroll job, not a delivery app account. You are taken on as a full time CityMall Delivery Boy on a fixed monthly salary, with a fuel allowance and target-based incentives on top, rather than earning whatever the day's orders happen to add up to.
The Sarfabad dark store covers Sector 77 along with a few adjoining pockets of Noida, keeping the delivery radius tight through the shift.
