About the Job
Zepto keeps the process consistent for every order: accept, pick up, deliver, confirm. Once you have done a few, it becomes routine. No prior delivery experience is needed; Zepto's in-app training covers order handling, the app, and safe riding. ₹22,000–₹30,000 per month is the expected earning range for this position, with peak-time incentives adding to it.
Expect part-time hours: shorter shifts in Sector 73, scheduled entirely by you through the app.
Responsibilities
- Keep orders away from direct sun or rain during the ride
- Keep your two-wheeler ready for back to back orders during evening peaks
- Carry heavier items like rice, oil, or water securely on the vehicle
- Accept orders promptly when they appear in the app
- Deliver every order to the correct address within the expected time
- Deliver to the exact flat, floor, or house listed in the order
- Collect cash on delivery where applicable and record it in the app
- Avoid using the phone while riding; stop safely to check the app
Eligibility Criteria
- Bank account details (account number and IFSC)
- PAN card
- Working mobile number for OTP verification
- Own bike or scooter for deliveries
- Minimum age 18 years
