Overview of the Delivery Partner Position
The work is hands on: collect the order, secure it in your delivery bag, ride to the customer, and complete the handover politely. You will be the face of Zomato at the customer's door, so a courteous, professional manner is part of the job. This Zomato role pays ₹28,000–₹35,000 per month for delivery partners who work regular shifts in Sector-57.
The full-time option gives delivery partners in Noida the most hours and the widest access to Zomato's incentives.
Responsibilities
- Keep the delivery bag closed and secured during the ride
- Handle cold or hot items so they stay in good condition until delivery
- Handle every food order with the same care you would want for your own meal
- Communicate politely with customers at handover
- Be courteous to restaurant staff and customers on every order
- Avoid using the phone while riding; stop safely to check the app
- Collect cash on delivery where applicable and record it in the app
Eligibility Criteria
- Age 18 or above
- Smartphone with GPS and a working data plan
- Any valid government photo ID
- Address proof
- Own two-wheeler (bike or scooter)
- Passport size photograph for profile verification
