About the Delivery Rider Role
Each shift follows the same loop: reach the pickup point, collect the order, deliver it, and mark it complete in the app before the next one comes in. Delivery distances in Sector-36 are short by design, since dark stores are placed close to the homes they serve. Expect monthly earnings of ₹26,000–₹35,000, with weekly payouts and the option to earn more during high-demand windows.
Full-time delivery riders typically work longer daily shifts, which is where the higher end of the earning range comes from.
Responsibilities
- Go online in the app only when you are ready to accept orders
- Reach the pickup point within the time shown in the app
- Do not open or tamper with sealed order bags
- Confirm the customer's name or order number at handover
- Handle every package with care so it arrives in good condition
- Handle bags carefully so nothing leaks or tips over
- Keep your two-wheeler ready for back to back orders during evening peaks
- Log off in the app when you finish your shift

- Own two-wheeler (bike or scooter)
- Android smartphone with an active internet connection
- Working mobile number for OTP verification
