With demand for fast delivery rising in Sector 31, Zomato is expanding its delivery boy team and welcomes new applicants.
Zomato relies on delivery boys in Sector 31 to bridge the last mile between stores and customers, using the app for route planning and order updates. Most shifts run a few hours at a stretch, making it easy to fit around other commitments. Pay runs ₹20,000–₹26,000 per month.
Responsibilities
- Pick up orders from designated restaurants promptly
- Use GPS navigation to plan efficient routes
- Keep the delivery app updated with real-time order status
- Confirm order details before leaving the pickup point
- Maintain professional, courteous communication with customers
- Handle order handovers and basic payment collection where applicable
- Follow traffic and safety regulations at all times
Eligibility Criteria
- Smartphone with internet access
- Good communication
- Basic knowledge of local routes
- Own bike/scooter or scooty
- Two-wheeler with valid RC and insurance
- Valid driving licence
