You'll spend most of your shift moving through Sector-18 and surrounding parts of Noida, handling one order at a time and keeping the Swiggy app updated as you go. Responsibilities
- Maintain professional, courteous communication with customers
- Pick up orders from designated restaurants promptly
- Follow traffic and safety regulations at all times
- Keep the delivery app updated with real-time order status
- Confirm order details before leaving the pickup point
- Report issues (wrong address, order damage, delays) promptly through the app
Eligibility Criteria
- Smartphone with internet access
- Valid driving licence
- Basic knowledge of local routes
- PAN card
- Willingness to work flexible shifts
