This is hands-on, on-the-ground work: delivery riders pick up from designated points in Sector-104 and deliver directly to customers, guided by the Zepto app's navigation. It suits anyone who prefers being out and about over sitting at a desk all day. Pay runs ₹24,000–₹30,000 per month.
Responsibilities
- Confirm order details before leaving the pickup point
- Keep the delivery app updated with real-time order status
- Maintain professional, courteous communication with customers
- Use GPS navigation to plan efficient routes
- Deliver orders safely within committed timelines
- Report issues (wrong address, order damage, delays) promptly through the app
Eligibility Criteria
- Good communication
- Basic knowledge of local routes
- Willingness to work flexible shifts
- Aadhar card
- Age 18+
- PAN card
