The role centers on Omicron's delivery demand, with delivery boys expected to complete multiple orders per shift while sticking to safety and timing standards. Swiggy reviews delivery times and customer feedback periodically, mainly to keep service quality consistent across Omicron. Pay runs ₹27,000–₹35,000 per month.
Responsibilities
- Maintain professional, courteous communication with customers
- Follow traffic and safety regulations at all times
- Report issues (wrong address, order damage, delays) promptly through the app
- Pick up orders from designated restaurants promptly
- Deliver orders safely within committed timelines
Eligibility Criteria
- Smartphone with internet access
- Age 18+
- Willingness to work flexible shifts
- Basic knowledge of local routes
- Two-wheeler with valid RC and insurance
- Own bike/scooter or scooty
- Good communication

This position covers delivery zones in and around Omicron, Noida. Most shifts stay within a short radius, so travel time between orders is generally limited.
