Zepto is scaling up its Amity operations and needs dependable delivery partners who can work independently, manage their own route, and deliver a good customer experience on every order. New hires typically start taking orders within a few days of completing onboarding. Zepto is looking for delivery partners who can reliably cover Amity, managing pickups and drop-offs while keeping customers informed through the app. Support is available through the app if an order runs into an issue mid-delivery. Pay runs ₹23,000–₹33,000 per month.
Responsibilities
- Double check the order before leaving dark stores
- Confirm the order is complete at dark stores
- Confirm each delivery with the customer
- Deliver within the given time window
- Accept orders you can deliver on time
- Attend training if it's offered
- Complete several short trips each hour
Eligibility Criteria
- Age 18+
- Own bike/scooter or scooty
- PAN card
- Two-wheeler driving licence issued by the RTO
- Any valid government photo ID
- Two-wheeler with valid RC and insurance
