How the Delivery Rider Role Works
The work is hands on: collect the order, secure it in your delivery bag, ride to the customer, and complete the handover politely. In-app support is available for issues like a delayed order at restaurants, a wrong address, or a customer who cannot be reached. Depending on your hours and the demand in Nizamabad, monthly earnings for this role range from ₹23,000–₹31,000.
Part-time delivery riders typically work two to four hours a day in Puhlong X-Road, usually around the busiest windows.
Responsibilities
- Keep the insulated bag closed while riding to hold the temperature
- Go online in the app only when you are ready to accept orders
- Ride at a safe speed, especially in residential lanes
- Stay within the assigned delivery zone during a shift
- Ride safely and avoid shortcuts through no entry roads
- Carry the order carefully up stairs or lifts when required
- Inform support through the app if the customer is unreachable
- Check that the order is sealed and complete before leaving restaurants
Eligibility Criteria
- PAN card
- Minimum age 18 years
- Active bank account for weekly payouts
- Valid driving licence
- Two-wheeler with valid registration certificate (RC)
- Valid two-wheeler insurance
