You'll spend most of your shift moving through Shalimar and surrounding parts of Nashik, handling one order at a time and keeping the Zepto app updated as you go. Responsibilities
- Deliver orders safely within committed timelines
- Pick up orders from designated dark stores promptly
- Handle order handovers and basic payment collection where applicable
- Report issues (wrong address, order damage, delays) promptly through the app
- Maintain professional, courteous communication with customers
- Keep the delivery app updated with real-time order status
