Job Description
Zepto is Expanding Its Delivery Boy Team in Malegaon
Zepto is one of the most recognized names for delivery boy work in Nashik, and it's actively hiring in Malegaon this month.
The role centers on Malegaon's delivery demand, with delivery boys expected to complete multiple orders per shift while sticking to safety and timing standards. Zepto reviews delivery times and customer feedback periodically, mainly to keep service quality consistent across Malegaon. Pay runs ₹35,000–₹42,000 per month.
Responsibilities
- Follow traffic and safety regulations at all times
- Handle order handovers and basic payment collection where applicable
- Keep the delivery app updated with real-time order status
- Pick up orders from designated dark stores promptly
- Use GPS navigation to plan efficient routes
- Deliver orders safely within committed timelines
Eligibility Criteria
- Smartphone with internet access
- Own bike/scooter or scooty
- Age 18+
- Good communication
- Aadhar card
- Two-wheeler with valid RC and insurance
- Valid driving licence
On top of the base earnings, Zepto sweetens the deal with joining incentives and ongoing performance bonuses for consistent delivery boys. The more reliably you show up for shifts, the more these add-ons tend to add up over a month.
Coverage for this role stays within Malegaon and nearby areas of Nashik, so most delivery boys aren't traveling far between orders. That keeps fuel costs and travel time relatively low over a full shift.
