Many delivery partners stick with Blinkit because the shift flexibility fits around family, studies, or a second job, without sacrificing steady income. That flexibility is one of the main reasons gig delivery work has grown so popular in Nashik.
Demand in Jagtap Mala has been steady enough for Blinkit to keep hiring delivery partners throughout the year. That consistency is part of what makes the role a reliable option locally.
