What the Work on Zepto Involves
The Zepto app takes you through every stage of a grocery delivery, from collection at dark stores to the moment you hand it over. You do not have to log in during peak windows in Sector 2, though that is usually when delivery boys finish the most deliveries. For delivery boys based in Sector 2, typical monthly earnings are ₹24,000–₹29,000, depending on trips and hours, with incentives added where they apply.
The upper end of the earnings range usually comes from the longer shifts that full-time delivery boys tend to work each day.
Responsibilities
- Hand over the order at the door, then tap delivered in the app
- Give produce and household goods alike the same careful handling
- Pack bread, eggs and fresh produce so nothing gets squashed
- Follow the app's waiting steps if the customer is not at the door
- Close out each order in the app once handed over
Eligibility Criteria
- A mobile number that can receive OTPs
- Driving licence that is still valid
- Your PAN
- A government-issued ID with your photo
- A bike or scooter of your own
