Zepto is looking for delivery riders who can reliably cover KT Nagar, managing pickups and drop-offs while keeping customers informed through the app. Support is available through the app if an order runs into an issue mid-delivery. Pay runs ₹23,000–₹27,000 per month.
Responsibilities
- Deliver orders safely within committed timelines
- Maintain professional, courteous communication with customers
- Keep the delivery app updated with real-time order status
- Report issues (wrong address, order damage, delays) promptly through the app
- Keep delivery gear and vehicle in good working condition
- Follow traffic and safety regulations at all times
- Confirm order details before leaving the pickup point
Eligibility Criteria
- PAN card
- Aadhar card
- Willingness to work flexible shifts
- Basic knowledge of local routes
- Own bike/scooter or scooty
- Age 18+
