As a delivery boy, your job is to keep the Zepto supply chain moving in Gopal Nagar: pick up promptly, deliver on time, and maintain good communication with customers along the way. The role rewards consistency, showing up for regular shifts tends to translate directly into steadier weekly earnings. Pay runs ₹27,000–₹37,000 per month.
Responsibilities
- Maintain professional, courteous communication with customers
- Report issues (wrong address, order damage, delays) promptly through the app
- Handle order handovers and basic payment collection where applicable
- Confirm order details before leaving the pickup point
- Keep delivery gear and vehicle in good working condition
- Pick up orders from designated dark stores promptly
Eligibility Criteria
- Valid driving licence
- Age 18+
- Smartphone with internet access
- Good communication
- Willingness to work flexible shifts
- Two-wheeler with valid RC and insurance
