New Delivery Rider Openings with Zepto in Shivaji Park

This role covers Zepto's Shivaji Park delivery zone in Mumbai. You'll be responsible for timely pickup and drop-off, maintaining good customer interactions, and following safe riding practices throughout your shift. Shifts are flexible, so you can log in and out through the app whenever it suits your schedule. Pay runs ₹38,000–₹45,000 per month.
Responsibilities
- Report issues (wrong address, order damage, delays) promptly through the app
- Keep delivery gear and vehicle in good working condition
- Maintain professional, courteous communication with customers
- Handle order handovers and basic payment collection where applicable
- Keep the delivery app updated with real-time order status
Eligibility Criteria
- Smartphone with internet access
- Valid driving licence
- Two-wheeler with valid RC and insurance
- PAN card
- Aadhar card
- Good communication
- Own bike/scooter or scooty
