This is hands-on, on-the-ground work: delivery riders pick up from designated points in Santacruz and deliver directly to customers, guided by the Zepto app's navigation. It suits anyone who prefers being out and about over sitting at a desk all day. Pay runs ₹26,000–₹36,000 per month.
Responsibilities
- Handle order handovers and basic payment collection where applicable
- Follow traffic and safety regulations at all times
- Confirm order details before leaving the pickup point
- Maintain professional, courteous communication with customers
- Keep delivery gear and vehicle in good working condition
- Deliver orders safely within committed timelines
Eligibility Criteria
- Willingness to work flexible shifts
- PAN card
- Two-wheeler with valid RC and insurance
- Valid driving licence
- Basic knowledge of local routes
- Smartphone with internet access
