Swiggy is Expanding Its Delivery Associate Team in Nerul
Swiggy is on the lookout for reliable delivery associates to handle deliveries across Nerul and nearby areas. Applications are open now.
You'll spend most of your shift moving through Nerul and surrounding parts of Mumbai, handling one order at a time and keeping the Swiggy app updated as you go. Most delivery associates find they can complete a good number of orders in a single shift once they know the local streets. Pay runs ₹21,000–₹28,000 per month.
Responsibilities
- Keep the delivery app updated with real-time order status
- Maintain professional, courteous communication with customers
- Deliver orders safely within committed timelines
- Report issues (wrong address, order damage, delays) promptly through the app
- Confirm order details before leaving the pickup point
Eligibility Criteria
- Willingness to work flexible shifts
- Valid driving licence
- Smartphone with internet access
- Two-wheeler with valid RC and insurance
- Basic knowledge of local routes
