Blinkit is scaling up its Kharghar operations and needs dependable delivery riders who can work independently, manage their own route, and deliver a good customer experience on every order. New hires typically start taking orders within a few days of completing onboarding. Pay runs ₹37,000–₹45,000 per month.
Responsibilities
- Maintain professional, courteous communication with customers
- Keep delivery gear and vehicle in good working condition
- Follow traffic and safety regulations at all times
- Deliver orders safely within committed timelines
- Pick up orders from designated dark stores promptly
- Report issues (wrong address, order damage, delays) promptly through the app
- Confirm order details before leaving the pickup point
Eligibility Criteria
- Willingness to work flexible shifts
- Good communication
- Age 18+
- Basic knowledge of local routes
- Own bike/scooter or scooty
