Zepto is hiring delivery associates in Kharghar to serve customers ordering from dark stores in the area. Shifts are flexible and pay is weekly.
Role Summary
You confirm each order in the app, collect it from dark stores, and hand it over at the customer's address, keeping the status updated as you go. First time delivery associates get a short in-app training on order handling and safety before their first shift. This part-time role pays ₹22,000–₹28,000 per month, based on completed work and any incentives you qualify for in Mumbai.
Part-time here means you choose a few hours a day or a few days a week, with no expectation of full-time availability.
Responsibilities
- Follow the app's route unless a road is closed or unsafe
- Communicate politely with customers at handover
- Hand over orders directly to the customer or as instructed
- Stay close to dark stores between orders to keep waiting time short
- Confirm the customer's name or order number at handover
- Keep your two-wheeler fuelled or charged and in working condition
- Confirm the order ID with store staff before collection
Eligibility Criteria
- Two-wheeler driving licence issued by the RTO
- Any valid government photo ID
- Android smartphone with an active internet connection
- Working mobile number for OTP verification
- Active bank account for weekly payouts
