This role covers Zepto's Kalwa delivery zone in Mumbai. You'll be responsible for timely pickup and drop-off, maintaining good customer interactions, and following safe riding practices throughout your shift. Shifts are flexible, so you can log in and out through the app whenever it suits your schedule. Pay runs ₹21,000–₹30,000 per month.
Responsibilities
- Keep the delivery app updated with real-time order status
- Handle order handovers and basic payment collection where applicable
- Keep delivery gear and vehicle in good working condition
- Maintain professional, courteous communication with customers
- Deliver orders safely within committed timelines
- Follow traffic and safety regulations at all times
Eligibility Criteria
- Two-wheeler with valid RC and insurance
- Willingness to work flexible shifts
- Basic knowledge of local routes
- Smartphone with internet access
- Valid driving licence
- PAN card
- Age 18+
