From pickup at dark stores to handover at the door, each delivery in Dahisar East is guided step by step by the Zepto app. If a customer cannot be reached, the Zepto app has a support flow to sort it out without leaving you stuck at the address. You can expect ₹35,000–₹42,000 per month in this role, paid out in weekly instalments through the Zepto app.
As a full-time opening, this role rewards delivery boys who show up daily and stay online through the busiest windows in Dahisar East.
Responsibilities
- Deliver to the exact flat, floor, or house listed in the order
- Update the app if a customer asks to reschedule or cancel at the door
- Return undeliverable orders to dark stores as per the app's instructions
- Ensure the correct order goes to the correct customer on every trip
- Keep the delivery app updated at pickup and drop off
- Deliver to the exact flat, floor, or desk mentioned in the order
- Follow safety guidelines shared during onboarding on every shift
Eligibility Criteria
- PAN card
- Bank account details (account number and IFSC)
- Own bike or scooter for deliveries
- Working mobile number for OTP verification
- Valid two-wheeler insurance
