This role covers Zepto's Charkop delivery zone in Mumbai. You'll be responsible for timely pickup and drop-off, maintaining good customer interactions, and following safe riding practices throughout your shift. Shifts are flexible, so you can log in and out through the app whenever it suits your schedule. Pay runs ₹26,000–₹32,000 per month.
Responsibilities
- Use GPS navigation to plan efficient routes
- Keep delivery gear and vehicle in good working condition
- Pick up orders from designated dark stores promptly
- Handle order handovers and basic payment collection where applicable
- Confirm order details before leaving the pickup point
- Follow traffic and safety regulations at all times
Eligibility Criteria
- Age 18+
- Basic knowledge of local routes
- Aadhar card
- Good communication
- Smartphone with internet access
- Willingness to work flexible shifts
