Zepto is expanding its delivery rider team in Bandra to keep up with growing order volume across Mumbai. New partners are being onboarded on a rolling basis.
What the Delivery Rider Job Involves
Most trips begin and end within a few kilometres of dark stores, which is what lets delivery riders complete many orders in a shift. How much you earn depends on how many deliveries you complete, so the hours you choose directly shape your weekly payout. Earnings for this role are estimated at ₹22,000–₹27,000 per month; the more consistently you work, the closer you get to the top of the range.
As a part-time opening, this role is a good fit for anyone who wants to try the work in Bandra before going full-time.
Responsibilities
- Keep orders away from direct sun or rain during the ride
- Follow all traffic rules and wear a helmet while riding
- Go online in the app only when you are ready to accept orders
- Keep the delivery bag closed and secured during the ride
- Report app or navigation issues through the support option
- Be on time for every pickup assigned during your shift
- Update the app if a customer asks to reschedule or cancel at the door
Eligibility Criteria
- Own two-wheeler (bike or scooter)
- Working mobile number for OTP verification
- Active bank account for weekly payouts
- Age 18 or above
- Passport size photograph for profile verification
- Any valid government photo ID
