The Delivery Partner Role at Zepto
Each order is picked and packed by store staff; your job is to collect it from dark stores, ride to the customer, and hand it over quickly. Grocery orders come in throughout the day in Andheri East, with evening and weekend peaks that keep delivery partners busy. This full-time role pays ₹25,000–₹32,000 per month, based on completed work and any incentives you qualify for in Mumbai.

Responsibilities
- Inform support through the app if the customer is unreachable
- Report missing or damaged items through the app immediately
- Keep fresh produce, eggs, and bread from getting crushed in the bag
- Confirm order details in the app before leaving the pickup point
- Keep the delivery bag clean and free of spills
- Report wrong addresses, delays, or damaged orders through the app immediately
Eligibility Criteria
- Valid two-wheeler insurance
- Address proof
- Smartphone with GPS and a working data plan
- Working mobile number for OTP verification
- Any valid government photo ID
- Valid driving licence
- Own two-wheeler (bike or scooter)
